- L2TP Server:
- Check 'Enable L2TP Server' and click Configure
- Go to Users > Local Users & Groups > Add User...
- Settings: enter Name and Password for your VPN user.
- Group: Everyone and Trusted Users.
- VPN Access: LAN Subnets
